Join Susanna and Todd for another 2-part workshop focused on Prana! The cornerstone of yoga, Prana is defined as breath, life force or vitality. It is such a colossal concept and essential exploration that it is challenging to address in a brief weekly yoga class. In this second set of Prana Workshops, we will introduce new Prana mantras, related mudras, and their relationship to the subtle body, expanding and deepening our relationship to our own vitality and breath.
Both sessions will be co-taught live on Zoom with the option to stream for the week following the workshops. While we will be introducing new information, newcomers will be comfortable and are welcomed.
Prana Session 3: Pranic Practices – Mantra-Mudra-Nyasa: placing the mantra on and in the body, Prana in the Upanishads, Pranayama
Prana Session 4: Exploring Prana – Prana and The Pranas in the subtle body and the physical body, Pranayama
