Prana is defined as both breath and lifeforce, but understanding what this means is often hard to get at in a brief weekly yoga class. Join Susanna and Todd Tesen for a 2-part workshop focused on Prana: what it is, what it means, how to work with it, and how to deepen our relationship to the most essential aspect of our yoga practice and of our lives. Both sessions will be co-taught live on Zoom with the option to stream for the week following the workshops. The sessions will be on consecutive Saturdays: July 25 +  August 1 from 12-2pm.

Session 1-July 25: Pranic Practices – Vedic Stories, Mantra, Bandhas, and Pranayama

Session 2-August 1: Exploring the 5 Pranas, their Mudras, and the Mechanics of the Breath
